As World Wellness Weekend takes place this September, hotels, spas, wellness studios and communities across Dubai and Abu Dhabi are bringing together a curated calendar of experiences designed to help guests slow down, move mindfully and reconnect with wellbeing.

At Banyan Tree Dubai, World Wellness Weekend takes over the dedicated Wellbeing Studio from 18–20 September, with a series of complimentary experiences focused on skincare, mobility, meditation, stretching and mindful movement.
From 18–20th September, Banyan Tree Dubai will host complimentary wellness sessions at its Wellbeing Studio, including Body Scrub DIY, Mobility Movement, Guided Meditation and Full Body Stretching, with sessions at 11am and 2pm daily. Advance booking is required.

The Abu Dhabi EDITION: The Art of Renewal

At The Abu Dhabi EDITION, World Wellness Weekend unfolds across a curated programme of experiences designed to restore, recharge and reconnect. The Art of Renewal, available until 30 September, pairs a hand-blended tonic or warm tea with a 30-minute Hydrafacial and 30-minute Targeted Massage, priced at AED 700 per person.
Guests can also experience a complimentary Sound Healing session on 20 September from 11am–3pm, using Tibetan singing bowls, chimes and resonant instruments to encourage relaxation and mindfulness.
For a quick reset, Mini Spa on Demand, available 14–20 September from 10am–10pm, offers a complimentary 30-minute wellness break featuring Therabody treatments including SmartGoggles, Theragun, Recovery Boots and an LED Face Mask. The programme continues with Mindful Motion, a complimentary 45-minute fitness class running 18–20 September, combining functional movement, core activation and mindful stretching.
For those seeking a full-day escape, the Day Pass offers access to the outdoor pool, sauna, steam room and fitness centre from 9am–7pm, priced at AED 150 per person, fully redeemable on food and beverage.
Al Raha Beach Resort & Spa: Sunset Wellness by the Water

At Al Raha Beach Resort & Spa, World Wellness Weekend takes on a more scenic setting with a Sunday evening programme on 20 September.
The experience in collaboration with Wellbeings begins with Returning to Rhythm: Rest and Realign at 5pm, followed by Sunset Flow Yoga at 6pm and Sundowners at 7pm, offering guests the chance to combine mindful movement with an atmospheric sunset setting. All experiences are Complimentary.
Aura Wellness x Porsche Centre Abu Dhabi: Women-Only Pilates
