A Saturday sound healing experience led by Joanne Grace Tan brought together wellness, mindfulness and community at the lululemon Studio.

Saturday saw Maison Arabia and House of Norir come together at the lululemon Studio for an intimate sound healing experience led by Joanne Grace Tan, creating a space for guests to slow down, switch off and reconnect.

In a city that is constantly moving, the evening offered something refreshingly simple: a moment to pause.

Guests were invited to leave behind the pace of everyday life and immerse themselves in a calming sound healing session designed around relaxation, mindfulness and presence.

An Evening of Sound and Stillness

Led by Joanne Grace Tan, the session took guests through an immersive sound healing experience, using sound and vibration to create an atmosphere of calm and reflection.

As the session unfolded, the energy in the room shifted. Conversations gave way to quiet, the pace slowed and guests were encouraged to simply be present and allow themselves to fully experience the moment.

It was intimate, restorative and intentionally unhurried.

Wellness Beyond Movement

Hosted at the lululemon Studio, the experience explored another dimension of wellness — one that moves beyond physical movement and into mindfulness, inner balance and mental wellbeing.

For Maison Arabia and House of Norir, the collaboration was an opportunity to bring their communities together through an experience that felt personal rather than performative.

The evening also created an organic space for connection, with guests sharing conversations and moments of reflection before and after the session.

A Moment to Simply Be

As wellness continues to evolve, experiences that encourage people to disconnect from constant stimulation and reconnect with themselves are becoming increasingly meaningful.

The Maison Arabia x House of Norir gathering offered a simple reminder: self-care does not always have to mean doing more.

Sometimes, it means stopping.

With Joanne Grace Tan guiding the session, Saturday's experience brought together sound, stillness and community in an atmosphere designed to leave guests feeling grounded, present and recharged.

For Maison Arabia, the gathering reflects its growing focus on creating and spotlighting experiences at the intersection of wellness, culture, lifestyle and community.

And for those in the room, it was a Saturday evening spent doing something we rarely give ourselves permission to do — slow down, breathe and simply be.
